Terms and Conditions

Registration Deadline: Camper registrations will close the Thursday prior to the start of each camp week. Late registrations will not be accepted.

Camp Switches: If availability allows, camp switches can be made if requested at least three weeks before the camp start date.

Payment Options:

• You may choose to pay in full at the time of registration or pay a $50 deposit per program, with the remaining balance due later.
• Balances must be paid in full by May 1. Campers with unpaid balances on the first day of camp will not be allowed to participate until full payment is received.

• We accept credit card payments and eChecks only.

• At the time of registration, you may pay online using your CampBrain account.

For all Summer at The St. Paul’s Schools programs:

• If you need to cancel before May 15, you will receive a full refund, minus the $50 deposit per program.
• After May 15, there will be no refunds for cancellations.
• No refunds will be issued if camp is closed due to emergencies (e.g., tornado, power outage).

Summer at The St. Paul’s Schools will be closed on the following dates: 

• June 19 (Juneteenth) 
• Friday, July 3 (Fourth of July holiday) 

At the end of May you will receive an overview of campus maps, emergency numbers and leadership team contact information. A week before each summer camp program begins, you will receive a letter outlining camp specifics including what to wear, what to bring, and information about carpool, lunch, overall structure of each camp, etc. Items and information will vary as each program is different.

Is lunch provided each day? 
We are pleased to offer hot lunches for Gatorland and specialty camps this summer. Lunch sign-ups will close at the end of the day on the Monday prior to the start of the camp week. Late sign-ups will not be accepted. When purchasing lunch, you are purchasing for the week. Options include: chicken tenders and fries, pasta, hamburgers, quesadillas, pizza, and a daily salad bar.

Is lunch refrigerated daily? 
No, we do not have space to refrigerate lunches daily. However, they are kept indoors in the air conditioning where they are cool. Most students will pack a freezer pack and/or ice pack in their lunches and they stay perfect until our lunch time.

Is there a bus service to camp?
No, we do not have a bus service. It is parent pickup and drop-off only.
