Process and Forms

Your daughter’s time at St. Paul’s School for Girls will be one of the most meaningful experiences of her life, and this journey begins with the admissions process.

The application and process for the 2022–23 school year is now available and we encourage you to apply today!

*These items on the checklist (with asterisk) are required steps in the admissions process. Only completed admission applications will receive an admissions decision. 

SUBMIT INQUIRY FORM

ASAP

Complete the inquiry form to receive our admissions brochures and to be added to our database for future mailings and admissions process notifications.

SUBMIT APPLICATION & application fee ($50)*

Application is due 2 weeks prior to visit day

Create a parent portal and complete online application.

Schedule and Attend Student Visit Day*

To schedule a student visit day, please contact the admissions office at 443-632-1082.  Your daughter will spend the day with one of our students.  Middle and upper school visit days can be found on our Admissions Events page.

Attend Parent Information Session

Middle and upper school parent information sessions may be found on our Admissions Events page.

For safety purposes, registration for attendance at a Parent Information Session is required, and space is limited. 

Parent Interview with Admissions Advisor*

Schedule time to meet by phone, Zoom, or in person with your Admissions Advisor.

Student Interview*

If your daughter visits in person, this interview will take place on the day of her visit. Should she attend the virtual visit, you can schedule the interview with your admissions advisor via Zoom.

SUBMIT TEACHER REFERRAL FORMS*

After December 1; forms must be received by SPSG no later than January 15

Submit Common Referral Forms from:

  • Current English teacher
  • Current math teacher 

These forms may be sent to the student’s school electronically through their account in School Admin.

Submit Transcript Request to Current School*

Submit to school after completion of first term; forms must be received by SPSG no later than January 15

Complete this form to authorize your school to release your transcripts, report cards, and standardized test results to SPSG.

These forms may be sent to the student’s school electronically through their account in School Admin.

Testing*

Test scores must be received by January 15

All applicants should complete the Independent School Entrance Exam (ISEE) no later than January 8, 2022. Our school code is 210296.

To register for the ISEE test, please click here.  

Please note: St. Paul’s will be a testing site for the ISEE on Saturday, January 8, although students are welcome to test at any location which is convenient.

Tuition Assistance

 

Applications for tuition assistance for the 2022-23 school year will be accepted beginning in October and are due by December 15, 2021. Applications should be completed online by going hereOur SSS School Code is 6892.
