Character Education
At St. Paul’s, our core values and our inclusive, global worldview guide us in everything we do. As early as infancy, we are building the emotional intelligence of our learners, teaching them to recognize and describe feelings in themselves and others while guiding them on how to manage their emotions and impulses. In every class and in lower school Chapel once a week, children learn important lessons in kindness, compassion, and honesty, reinforcing the values they are taught at home.
As our boys and girls discover their world, they are taught to recognize and respect diverse backgrounds and beliefs. They begin to understand and value what it means to be part of a community, and they participate in service-learning projects early and often.
They learn the be good citizens of their school, and in turn, grow into good citizens of the world and future leaders.
