The Parents Association recruits Class Representatives from each grade to help families feel informed, welcomed, and engaged. Class Representatives share PA updates and opportunities, encourage participation, and build connections within their grade and across the school community.

The Parents Association hosts a variety of events throughout the year that bring our community together and support student life. From volunteer opportunities to social gatherings and school traditions, there’s always something happening. Check the calendar and weekly newsletter regularly to stay informed and involved—we’d love to see you there! 

PRAYER GROUP

The Parents Association prayer group meets the second and fourth Thursdays of the month from 8 to 9 a.m. This is a safe place and time to pray about anything on people’s hearts. Please reference the calendar or contact Tuesday Hayes-Mullen P’30 with questions.

Volunteer support is essential to the success of our school. By offering your time, energy, and talent, you join a vibrant and fun community, model for your children the importance of service, and build lasting relationships with other parents. 

HOW DO I SIGN UP TO BE A VOLUNTEER? 

Volunteer opportunities are shared regularly through the weekly newsletter and emails from your class representative. Throughout the year, teachers and class reps will also reach out with specific needs—like field trip chaperones, classroom celebrations, and more. These events thrive thanks to the energy and generosity of our amazing volunteers—and we’d love to have you join in!

Parents Association 

Class Representatives (Infants–12th Grade)
Class representatives serve as liaisons between school and home. Responsibilities include encouraging parent participation, executing grade-specific social events, meeting monthly to learn about new initiatives, and communicating issues/concerns of parents. 

Faculty and Staff Appreciation
Volunteers celebrate and recognize the hard work of St. Paul's faculty and staff by organizing treats throughout the year.

Holiday Decorating
Parents gather to kick off the holidays by decorating our campus inside and out. 

Division Parent Socials 
Start the school year by connecting with fellow parents and guardians at our Parent Socials! Each school—St. Paul’s Pre and Lower School (SPPL), St. Paul’s School for Boys (SP), and St. Paul’s School for Girls (SPSG)—hosts its own social event, offering a fun and welcoming space to meet new families, reconnect with familiar faces, and build community within your division.   

Snowflake Bake
Bring the joy of the season to our faculty and staff with homemade holiday treats! Each year, families whip up their favorite baked goods to share warmth, gratitude, and a little sweetness with those who make St. Paul’s so special.

Uniform Resale Shop
Volunteers collect, launder, and organize donated uniforms, managing several uniform resale pop-ups throughout the year. 

igNIGHT St. Paul’s 
Members of our igNIGHT St. Paul's committee provide support for our largest fundraiser of the year! Volunteers assist with planning and promoting the event, acquiring sponsors, and curating silent auction packages.  

School 

Book Fair (Pre and Lower School)
Volunteers assist with various tasks including set up and breakdown, helping with family nights, and coordinating volunteers. 

Grandfriends Visit Day (Pre and Lower School) 
Parent volunteers ensure the success of Grandfriends Visit Day by serving as hosts and greeters and coordinating the day's events.

Holiday Bazaar (Lower School)
Volunteers help create a winter wonderland featuring gifts and crafts for holiday shopping, a beloved tradition!
