Arts
Art, in many forms, fosters and inspires the joy in creative expression that is an essential part of an education at The St. Paul’s Schools. Our visual and performing arts programs are designed to captivate and challenge students of all levels of experience and a variety of interests—from those who have never held a paintbrush, touched a musical instrument, or performed onstage—to those who wish to pursue further study and even cultivate careers in Dance, Theatre, Technical Theatre (Lighting and Sound Design and Set Design and Construction) Music performance and production, Visual Arts, Graphic Design, and Video Production. Our program thrives, with excitement in the classrooms, studios, and onstage. Moreover, our access to professionals and real-world opportunities in the arts beyond campus is unparalleled in creating the best experiences for our students.
About our Team
Our schools are truly committed to the growth and success of our young artists, as we have 20 full-time faculty and staff members, as well as adjunct educators, who are solely dedicated to teaching and innovating within our vibrant arts community. Our teachers are experts in the classroom and they are accomplished in their disciplines, graduating with degrees in the arts and arts education from top arts schools. They have all thrived as successful artists and performers through experiences on national tours, exhibitions in prominent galleries, performances for world leaders, commissions for major record labels and recording artists, appearances on national TV networks, and even stints with The Rockettes. Our arts teachers and courses inspire our students and stretch their abilities—often launching them far beyond our campus.
