The Kinsolving Scholars Program recognizes the past achievements and future potential of a select group of our most outstanding students entering grade 9. We seek to identify boys for this distinction and challenge them to be the embodiment of our mission:
Seek truth, knowledge, and excellence; live by faith, compassion, and integrity.
To honor the legacy of Dr. Arthur B. Kinsolving, long-time rector of St. Paul’s Parish and widely considered the “patron saint” of St. Paul’s School for Boys, we are proud to recognize the school’s future leaders with a merit grant that bears the name Kinsolving.
The Kinsolving Scholars Program awards its recipients with scholarship grants of $13,000 annually toward tuition costs. Kinsolving Scholars in good standing and actively involved in the life of the school will carry the scholarship throughout their time at St. Paul’s. Recipients also become part of the St. Paul’s Leadership Institute. The SPLI provides leadership training and skill development, culminating in student-led service.
Admissions applicants who have demonstrated academic excellence, positive leadership, and community engagement will be considered. Students who are interested may submit a separate application for this scholarship which can be found in your Admissions Portal account.
Kinsolving Scholars will be chosen by the head of school, upper school head, and director of admissions.
