The driver will be instructed to wait at the drop-off location for approximately five minutes for the students to be picked-up by their parents. If it has been longer than five minutes and a student has not been picked up, the student will then be transported back to school, not left at the bus stop.

Payment

You will be required to pay a minimum of 50% of the total fee upon registration in order to secure your spot on the bus. The remaining balance due will be billed to your student account on October 1. The school is providing this bus based on registration commitment and therefore cannot prorate or provide a refund for unused days. By signing the contract, you agree to pay for bus service for the full year.

Please note: In case of inclement weather, the bus company reserves the right not to operate even if the schools choose to remain open or open late. In this case, the responsibility to transport your child to school will be yours.

I, the undersigned Contracting Party, hereby warrant that I am competent to contract in my own name. I confirm that I have read the herein agreement prior to its execution and I am fully familiar with the contents thereof. This agreement shall be binding upon me entering my name below.
