Athletics Media Policy

 

To help keep our athletic events organized and safe for all, St. Paul’s requires all non-team personnel to request pre-approval before being on the sidelines during games.

Anyone wishing to be on the sidelines must receive approval from the St. Paul’s Athletics Department. Minors will need a parent or guardian’s signature, and anyone selling or commercially distributing photos or videos will be required to carry their own liability insurance. Please contact Athletic Director Matt Hatton for approval for boys athletic contests and Erin Howland for girls athletic contests. 
 
Approved individuals will receive a game pass for the 2025–2026 school year. Passes are non-transferable and must be displayed at all times. Approved individuals should plan to arrive 30 minutes before the start of the event. Approved individuals are expected to refrain from interacting with players or coaches during the run of play. Any disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
